The BottleChek Metal Detector Conveyor is designed to inspect pharmaceutical bottles or vials at the end of the packaging line for unwanted metallic particles. The system easily integrates into any production line for side-by-side transfers.

Fail-safe mechanisms eliminate bottle damage and product loss during inspection process. In the event of metal contamination, rejected product is pushed off the production line into a stainless steel tray, a standard lockable reject bin or a side-by-side transfer to another conveyor belt.

The IQ4 range of Metal Detectors offer optimized mechanics to deliver performance improvements using variable-frequency detection (31 to 882 KHz).

DDS Vector Display Delivers Perfect Product Set-ups
The Direct Digital Signal (DDS) vector display provides a graphic representation of the metal detection process, aids in perfect product set-up and is an excellent diagnostics tool.

Auto Learn Provides Simple and Fast Set-up
The BottleChek will automatically set-up and store 200 different pre-sets, calibrating for product effect and loose material as the product passes through the system.

Easy to Clean and Maintain
