LOMA SYSTEMS TO PRESENT ADVANCED FOOD INSPECTION SOLUTIONS AT WARSAW PACK 2026

3 Mar 2026

Loma Systems, a global leader in inspection technologies for food quality and safety, will exhibit at Warsaw Pack 2026, taking place from 14-16 April 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Warsaw, Poland. Visitors can meet the LOMA® team on Stand F1.46, where the company will present its latest metal detection, X-ray inspection and checkweighing solutions designed to help Polish food manufacturers strengthen product safety, quality assurance and production efficiency.

With nearly two decades of delivering inspection excellence to the Polish market, LOMA continues to expand its local presence, supported by its global experience in food inspection technology and a strong focus on customer service, training, and lifetime equipment support. Warsaw Pack provides an important opportunity to meet customers, demonstrate new developments and show how inspection solutions are supporting manufacturers as production demands and compliance requirements continue to evolve.

Among the highlights on stand will be the improved X5C X-ray inspection system, an affordable and compact solution suited to operations where space efficiency and investment value are key considerations. Delivering line speeds of up to 70 metres per minute, the system enables higher throughput while maintaining reliable contaminant detection performance. A larger widescreen interface improves operator usability, simplifying setup, monitoring, and day-to-day operations.

Designed for retail packaged convenience foods, ready meals and small packaged goods, including products packed in foil trays or metallised film, the X5C performs both contaminant detection and product integrity checks. Its open-frame construction and quick-release curtains support faster cleaning and improved hygiene management within modern food production environments.
Also on display will be the X5DE Space Saver X-ray system, featuring Dual Energy technology for enhanced detection of difficult low-density contaminants across a wide range of food applications. Developed as part of LOMA’s customer-driven innovation programme, the system combines advanced algorithms with high inspection performance to reduce false rejects while maintaining consistent detection reliability. Its compact footprint enables straightforward integration into existing production lines without increasing line complexity.

Visitors can see the newly improved CW3 RUN-WET® Combo, which combines checkweighing and metal detection in a single hygienic system designed for harsh washdown and high-care environments. Engineered for easier cleaning and dependable operation, the system helps manufacturers maintain production uptime while supporting hygiene standards and regulatory compliance.

LOMA will also present its IQ4M Metal Detector, which uses variable frequency and multi-spectrum detection technologies to deliver high sensitivity across challenging food products, including high-salt, high-moisture and high-iron applications. By reducing false rejects commonly associated with conventional metal detection systems, the IQ4M helps improve production efficiency while maintaining food safety performance.

Completing the inspection line-up is the IQ4 Pipeline, designed for pumped and free-flowing products such as soups, sauces, meat slurries, jams and dairy applications. The system integrates easily with modern filling operations while providing reliable in-line inspection without interrupting product flow.

Commenting on the exhibition, Cezary Mroczek, Country Manager Poland at Loma Systems, said: “Warsaw Pack is an important opportunity for us to meet food manufacturers across Poland and demonstrate how LOMA’s inspection technologies support today’s food safety and quality requirements. Our combination of local expertise, service capability and global inspection experience allows us to work closely with customers to deliver practical, reliable solutions tailored to their production needs.”

Throughout the exhibition, visitors will be able to speak directly with LOMA specialists, and with product demonstrations, see how inspection technologies can be applied to meet specific safety, compliance and operational objectives.
