X5 Pack Curtainless X-ray Inspection System

The X5 Pack Curtainless System is designed to inspect lightweight, unsealed or dry unpackaged food products and is integrated into line with a built-in automatic reject.

The system is a curtainless solution with an inclined (up/down) conveyor design that allows inspected products to be untouched through the system, whilst maintaining X-ray safety.

The latest digital technology from Loma improves image quality and allow for much better detection on a wide range of contaminants including all metal, bone, glass, dense plastics, foil trays and even metalized film.

The reliable heavy duty conveyor components, built for 24/7 operation with pass key protective set-up comes integrated with a PC with Ethernet and front access USB port.

Untouched Product Flow
Allows small, lightweight, unsealed or dry unpackaged food products to be untouched through the system, reducing false rejects caused by product handling issues or jams on traditional curtained X-ray systems.
