Undertaking regular preventative maintenance and calibration helps to ensure the system is performing and complying with the appropriate standards.

Our programs are supported by a team of experienced industry-trained field service engineers and support staff who understand the pressures of keeping the production line running. Should you production line go down, our engineers understand the need to act fast and resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Our engineers are centrally scheduled by an internal team, providing customers with a single point of contact. Our scheduling team is fully trained and supported by a dedicated technical support team, who can diagnose issues over the phone and identify any parts required prior to the visit helping to support a high first-time fix rate and reduce any unnecessary downtime.

CHECKED - This service program is for customers who are self-sufficient with preventative maintenance and require independent certification to demonstrate and comply with legal and industrial standards.

MAXCCP - This service program is for customers who require independent certification, including performance validation and need to demonstrate they are fully retail compliant. This program is also ideal for customers who need a higher level of service with guaranteed response times.

MAXPPM - This service program is ideally suited for customers who want to develop a true partnership with their equipment supplier. This program offesr the maximum benefits such as 24/7 guaranteed support and significant discounts on spare parts and labor.
