The Loma LCW 3000 and 6000 checkweighers are ideal for in motion weighing of all types of packaged products. This unit is recommended when a high degree of accuracy is required.  Modular assembly allows for easy customisation to suit existing production lines and can be easily modified for changes in packaging and other line parameters. A low center of gravity control unit enhances stability and minimises the effects of vibration. These checkweighers are easy to use with a full color graphical touch screen, which is icon driven for rapid setup. Thru-put speeds and weight trends are highly visible, which helps to monitor and control product give-away. Servo feedback is an option for accurate weight control of volumetric filling processes.
