The Cintex NeedleSearch chute system combines state-of-the-art micro-processor technology and is suitable for all types footware and textile inspection. The NeedleSearch chute is easy to install and has no moving parts It provides peace of mind that broken needles fragments will be detected and not reach the consumer.
The NeedleSearch FM (detection of ferrous metal where metals are present in the product) is available in 1 catalogue standard aperture size to accommodate all types of footwear, it meets accurate detection of metal needles to footware and garment industry standards. All NeedleSearch machines are available on rapid delivery.
