Customer Service Engineer
Service Manager based in; The Netherlands office
Germany, located Koeln-Bonn area
Full time contract, with flexibility to work outside regular working hours
Commissioning, maintenance, calibration and breakdown repair of complete range of Loma products
Completing all necessary paperwork, keep electronic database up-to-date
Answer to technical questions from customers and to give training
Promote customer support business
Contribute to improveme the quality of European customer service delivery
Travel to other countries when required occasionally

Technical education (electronics)
Experienced field service engineer and familiar with all aspects of customer service

English
Good PC literacy
Good organisation skills
Good communication skills
Full current driving licence
