Position: Internal Sales Manager (EU)
Reports to: Group Financial Director
Summary:
The jobholder will be responsible for the internal sales and service processes supporting the Group’s business activities in western mainland Europe.
Scope:
- Management of the internal sales & service support team based in Helmond. Current staff – 8
- Outsourced operations – payrolls for the Netherlands, Belgium, France & Germany covering European employees of
Loma Systems UK & Loma Systems EU.
- Financial statements for Loma Systems UK & Loma Systems EU.
- Budget & authorisation – as published.
Key responsibilities:
1. Management of Sales and Service support team.
2. Responsibility for key processes in internal sales and service areas (NL, B, D and F):
3. Administration of suppliers / facilities.
4. Human Resources and Payroll (NL, B, D and F).
5. Support to European Financial Controller for specific balance sheet controls in the areas of:
6. Other duties relating to the Helmond operation as from time to time directed by the Group Financial Director e.g. Translations E-Newsletters, press releases, brochures, data sheets, website; Local marketing related activities (mailings, case studies, etc); Legal disputes.
Key Management Objectives:
- Development of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Support sales, service & spares growth targets in EU
- From receipt of signed quotation/PO until order acknowledgement incl. planning information: 5 working days.
- Administer hire and loan agreements.
- Service job invoicing: from receipt of service report, 3 working days.
- Spares order processing: from receipt of customer's purchase order, spares processing within 2 working days.

Person Specification:
- Experienced office manager with good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Languages: Dutch & English essential; French and/or German highly desirable.
- Experience of sales order processing, aftermarket spares & service administration.
- Good presentation and telephone manner, able to deal professionally with both external and internal customers.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
